In order to function properly, full denture clients require a very stable, reproducible and comfortable bite. Implants may be utilized in selected cases to retain their dentures and further improve their function. Implants may also improve a clients self-confidence by stabilizing them while speaking. Upon her return for a post-insertion check, the first thing that this client said was, "Now I can eat STEAK!"
