Here's a case we just recently finished. We left a facial clasp on the lower for him to remove the partial denture. We placed bone grafts where the teeth were extracted to preserve ridge height. He was so excited about having a tight upper CD and lower teeth for the first time in 30 years, he went out and bought us a cake!
